New here & need help figureing out what live data info means

      My autolink AL329 live data said ......fuelsystem1------OL  on first scan.
       Second scan it said .......................         fuelsystem1-----CL
        My 97' outback wagon is doing that scary, Lets start sputtering & bucking in traffic , oh this looks a great place to stall.
         I did new coil, plugs, wires, egr valve. Still occuring. My mechanic, said it's either the cat or the fuel pressure
                                What does "OL & CL" mean... Open......Closed ? What ever the meaning is, does something need to be fixed? If so, what? No codes for the fuel system show up.
                                 Any ideas on how to proccede are much appreciated.
